Country Club Estates is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the South Side area of beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas. Our subdivision was developed in the 1970's and is comprised of 395 uniquely designed homes. Nestled in our neighborhood is Country Club Park, which boasts a large greenspace surrounded by mesquite and oak trees with a children's playground, perfect for picnics and playing ball in the wide open space.

Country Club Estates Civic Association (CCECA) was established in 1982 as a volunteer association by concerned and caring homeowners dedicated to the Beautification and Improvement of our community for the betterment of our residents and property values. The association also strives in providing a forum for sharing information, connecting neighbors, promoting activities, and fostering civic involvement in our diverse community.

If you are a homeowner or renter of our community, we encourage you to become a member by sending in your yearly dues. Member benefits give you admission to social events throughout the year, participation in Yard of the Month, Holiday Decorating Contests, voting privileges at the annual general meeting, and so much more!

Some areas of this website are for "registered members only" allowing access to certain information and features such as membership directory, committee updates, financial reports, meeting minutes, community discussions, placing classified ads & garage sales, receiving "what's new" emails, and much more.
